Chia Chocolate Protein Pudding

Research has shown* that people who exercise is the morning, are often more consistent with their exercise routine compared to those who work out at other times of day. In addition, research suggests that exercising in the morning promotes production of serotonin – making you a happier, brighter person for the rest of the day.
So you’ve smashed your morning TONIQ session, the question now is what to eat after?
Our in-house Nutritionist Sophia Hall has created this Chia Chocolate Protein Pudding recipe perfect as a post-workout meal. Better yet.. you can prep it all the night before! Perfect!
Chia Chocolate Protein Pudding
Prep time: 5 mins, needs overnight to soak
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1-1.5 scoop Protocol chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1-2 chopped dates (optional)
55g oats
1 tsp. Honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. Raw cacao powder
70ml milk
50-75ml water
1 tbsp. coconut yogurt or similar
Recipe
Add the chia seeds, oats and yogurt into a bowl. Then add the milk and stir in the scoop of protein powder, adding a bit at a time. Finally stir in cacao powder. Add to the fridge overnight. Option to serve with fresh fruit or extra coconut yogurt.
