Chia Chocolate Protein Pudding

Research has shown* that people who exercise is the morning, are often more consistent with their exercise routine compared to those who work out at other times of day. In addition, research suggests that exercising in the morning promotes production of serotonin – making you a happier, brighter person for the rest of the day.

So you’ve smashed your morning TONIQ session, the question now is what to eat after?

Our in-house Nutritionist Sophia Hall has created this Chia Chocolate Protein Pudding recipe perfect as a post-workout meal. Better yet.. you can prep it all the night before! Perfect!
