At TONIQ we are about feeling great, moving well, eating well and enjoying life.

TONIQ has teamed up with Goodbody Clinic to do a comprehensive blood test for all participants so we can see over 10 weeks how you have changed your health and wellbeing for the better.
It's not just about how you look on the outside, it's about how your body is functioning on the inside that matters!

Who is this for?

Anyone who is serious about changing their health and improving their quality of life.
This program is perfect for people who are looking to get back into exercise after some time out and need guidance on how to do that safely and effectively.
Its also great for anyone who needs a boost and a focus to their training.

Why do we include a blood test?

The blood test can give you a deeper insight into how your body is actually working allowing you to make the appropriate changes to support your overall health.

It will allow the TONIQ team to work with you on a deeper and more personal level with the advice they give which will help you to get better results, long lasting results.

How to sign up?

Over the 10 weeks you will receive -

  • Unlimited group training sessions a week for 10 weeks

  • Expert coaching and advice

  • Mindfulness classes including Yoga, Qigong and breath work

  • 1 x 60min 1:1 consultation with our nutritionist - 1 X 30min follow up consultation at week 5

  • 2 x 60min 1:1 Personal Training sessions to ensure you are moving well and getting the most of the workouts

  • 10 week nutrition plan and recipe Ebook

  • Comprehensive blood tests at the beginning and end of the program

  • Supportive community to keep you on track
