TONIQ has teamed up with Goodbody Clinic to do a comprehensive blood test for all participants so we can see over 10 weeks how you have changed your health & wellbeing for the better.
It's not just about how you look on the outside, it's about how your body is functioning on the inside that matters!

Unlimited group training sessions at our city centre gym, comprising of our flagship SWEAT, STRONGER & BURN fitness classes
Mindfulness classes consisting of Yoga, QiGong & specialist Breath Work sessions, designed to connect mind & body
10 Week nutrition plans & recipe eBook
1 x 60min 1:1 consultation with our in-house nutritionist & 1 X 30min 1:1 follow up consultation at week 5
2 x 60min 1:1 personal training sessions, helping to ensure you are moving well and getting the most of the workouts
Comprehensive blood tests at the beginning & end of the program
Expert coaching & advice from our health professionals, & qualified personal trainers

Due to the nature of this programme, our availability is limited, so we encourage you to register your interest early to avoid disappointment. This programme requires a commitment from you. Therefore we recommend this programme for individuals who are genuinely interested in making lifestyle changes, & are able to dedicate the necessary time.
You should:
Be prepared to attend TONIQ classes at least three times a week for the full 10 weeks
Be willing to engage in nutritional & lifestyle adjustments that promote lasting results outside of our classes.
