Rachel is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, a Mum of 2 young children and a foodie! Whilst working in very stressful jobs in her 20's Rachel experienced uncomfortable digestive symptoms, hormone imbalances and anxiety- believing it to be the norm. By addressing her nutrition and relationship with food, alongside gaining a better connection to her body and what lifestyle approaches worked best for her, she was able to transform her health and wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting others to do the same, and to improve their health and wellbeing for good! Rachel uses a very personalised approach to really understand each individual and develop simple, achievable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit with their life and their goals.

Exercise is my form of therapy and I want to facilitate that for other people! Along side work as a PT and yoga instructor, I am studying neuroscience and cognitive psychology. The mental benefits and scientific approach to exercise drives a lot of my training! I’ve come from a background of Ballet but concentrate on strength training, running and more functional fitness.
