Our Body & Mind Class

CHILL

  • Our CHILL classes run twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays with a dedicated Yoga class.

  • Throughout the month, we run QiGong, Breath-work, and Meditation workshops.

  • CHILL is designed to balance the high intensity of the week by aiding in rest, recovery and mobility. Our classes specifically focus on your mental health, and overall wellbeing.

  • CHILL will help you manage your daily stress levels, and improve your overall mindfulness, taking time to appreciate the calmer moments, being in the “now” and to help quieten the busy mind.
