Mamas and babies welcome every Friday 10:45am for postpartum friendly but challenging workouts with a postnatal specialist and fellow mama, Olivia.
Flexible booking to work around different schedules with a Norland Nanny on hand to entertain your little one.
Workout in a fully-equipped gym with good music. Classes include key exercises to help improve ab separation, core weakness and pelvic floor engagement.
Mood-boosting cardio machines and a range of weights and equipment to take you from early stages postpartum to hitting those pre-baby PBs.
This is a friendly and inclusive work out environment; a space for you to come along, work up a sweat, listen to good music and bond with your baby!
Join by buying 5 or 10 Class Passes, use the 5 class pass from 2 months of purchasing, and the 10 class pass from 3 months of purchasing.
You will need to have received your 6-8 week sign off from the GP. It’s recommended that if you had a c-section, you wait a little longer around 12-14 weeks. If in doubt, it’s always better in the long term to wait!
If it’s your first time, you’ll be invited to the pre-class induction. Cancel before 12 hours to avoid losing 100% of the class fee.
