STRONGER
STRONGER runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Resistance training workout, slower intensity, focusing on heavier weights, and maintaining good form.
Classes are split into six-week blocks that alternate between power, and strength phases - catering for all-round body conditioning.
Our trainers will individually tailor specific exercises to cater for old injuries, ensuring your workout is always beneficial.
STRONGER helps you build lean muscle, increases your strength, promotes fat loss, and assists with elements such as posture.
