Currently, we offer Stretch and Mobility classes every Wednesday and Saturday at our Train Studio, located at 5 Green Park.

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new Movement Studio at 14 George Street. This space will feature additional classes enhanced by infrared lighting, designed to promote relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation—taking your wellness journey to the next level.

we’re introducing a variety of restorative practices,

including myofascial release classes, meditation, breathwork, and sound baths—all thoughtfully crafted to rejuvenate your body and mind.
