All of our group sessions are led by supportive personal trainers,

including a full warm-up and comprehensive cool-down. No class is the same, each one tailored to challenge you, wherever you're at in your fitness journey.

INTRODUCING TONIQ GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

STRONGER

Our strength training is designed to build lean muscle, increase strength, promote fat loss and improve posture.

These sessions focus on lower and slower intensity resistance training, heavier weights and maintaining good form. Our trainers always tailor exercises to cater for any injuries you may have.

    Where? Train Studio, 5 Green Park
    When? Tuesdays and Thursdays

    Classes are split into 12 week cycles (you're welcome to join at any time), alternating between power and strength.

    Maximum of 18 people per class.

    All fitness levels welcome.

SWEAT

Our circuit sweat classes are designed to improve cardiovascular health, overall fitness, increase stamina and promote fat loss.

These sessions focus on body conditioning through dynamic cardio training with lighter weights and more reps.

    Where? Train Studio, 5 Green Park
    When? Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

    Classes are suitable for any fitness level and are switched up daily to include a range of exercises. Sweat sessions are designed to complement our Stronger sessions perfectly.

    Maximum of 20 people per class.

    All fitness levels welcome.

BURN

Our burn classes are especially designed for those of you who've missed your weekly sessions.

They will give you a full-body metabolic workout, encourage weight loss, improve muscle tone and stamina. These sessions focus on cardio and resistance training to maximise your overall movement.

    Maximum of 18 people per class.

    All fitness levels welcome.

RIDE

Our ride classes are designed to offer a range of cycling benefits.

These sessions include a focus on endurance training, interval training and recovery rides that will keep you coming back to the bike.

    When? TBC

    Maximum of 15 people per class.
